Create your own multi-section hard cover notebook/sketchbook/journal. No previous experience needed. Leave at the end of the day with a completed professionally looking bound book and with copious notes to jog your memory so you can make many more at home.Where:
To be held at the "Alf Partridge Community Hall" on the corner of Prout Rd and Casimir Rd in Clapton E5, less than two minutes walk north of Clapton Pond or two minutes south of Clapton railway station. Buses 253, 254 and 106 stop at Prout Rd.

Katy Goutefangea is a printmaker and practising visual artist living and working in London. She has many years of bookbinding and printmaking experience, and has been teaching art workshops since 2008. Katy has exhibited work in various venues including The Museum of Childhood, Bankside Gallery and Pushkin House.
As well making her own bound projects she works on commissions for outside clients and artists.

A small group workshop focusing on producing a great sax sound!Whether you can't play a note or just need to brush up, you'll benefit from this workshop - leave at the end of the workshop being able to play a recognizable tune with confidence.

ABOUT THE TUTOR:
Andrew McNeil graduated with 1st class honours fromt the Guildhall (becoming BBC "Young Musician of the Year" on the way),and has since worked with many leading orchestras & groups, performing in concert halls, jazz clubs, festivals and rock gigs with more than one performance broadcast live internationally by the BBC & Sky.In addition to professional performance, Andrew has wide coaching and lecturing experience, from the school classroom to a "Masterclass" at Trinity College of Music.
In fact, Andrew has taught both saxophone and piano to advanced level as well as offering lessons in music production; recording & post production techniques, genres covering classical, pop, soul to R&B, drum ‘n’ bass and hip hop.
Andrew has composed scores for film, theatre and advertising and is currently working on the orchestral score for a musical.
Whether you're a complete beginner and want to take the whole course or just need a brush up and want to take a workshop or two, you couldn't be in better hands... ...and if you have any questions about music performance, composing, recording or production, you won't have to go very far to get them answered.
